These terms explain what you can expect from Rheenu and what we expect from you. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.
Rheenu provides general wellness education, habit plans and community discussion. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and using it does not create a clinician–patient relationship.
Always talk to a licensed healthcare professional about your health, especially before changing how you eat, sleep, exercise or take medication. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately — do not post it in the community.
Content from verified experts is educational and general in nature. It is not tailored to your medical history and should never replace individual care.
You need an account to save a plan, post questions, or register for sessions. You must be at least 16 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other members at risk, or is used to send spam or abuse.
Be kind and specific. Share what worked for you rather than telling other people what they must do. No harassment, hate, spam, self-promotion, or selling of products or supplements.
Do not post other people's private information, and do not present yourself as a health professional unless you are verified as one by us.
Posts are moderated. We may edit, hide or remove any content, and flagged posts may be hidden automatically while they are reviewed.
You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store and distribute that content within Rheenu so the service can function.
You confirm you have the right to post what you share, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Our own content — the site design, written guides, plans and branding — belongs to us and may not be copied or resold without permission.
Rheenu is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome will follow from using it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Rheenu, or from decisions you make based on its educational content or community discussion.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these terms as Rheenu develops. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Rheenu after that means you accept the updated terms.
