Rheenu Academy is a school for everyday health

Evidence based lifestyle medicine education, taught by licensed clinicians, with a community around it and a plan you can actually keep.

Why we built it

Good health information exists. It is just scattered, written for other clinicians, or sold alongside something. People end up guessing, and guessing is exhausting.

Rheenu puts the teaching, the guidance and the company in one place, and keeps it honest about what it is: education and support, not medical care.

You do not need to have everything figured out. You only need a place to begin.

What we believe

Health is personal

Your journey will not look exactly like anyone else's, and a plan that ignores that is a plan you will drop by February.

Plain language is respect

If an explanation only works for people who already understand it, it has not explained anything.

Small steps hold

One change you keep beats five you abandon. The week is the unit that matters.

Nobody should do it alone

Knowing other people are working on the same thing is often the part that keeps you going.

What Rheenu is not

Rheenu does not diagnose, treat, prescribe or handle emergencies, and it does not replace your own clinician. If something is urgent, contact your local emergency services.
